摘要: Quantitative real-time PCR represents a highly sensitive and powerful technique for the quantitation of nucleic acids. It has tremendous potential high-throughput analysis gene expression in research routine diagnostics. However, major hurdle is not practical performance experiments themselves but rather efficient evaluation mathematical statistical enormous amount data gained by this technology, as these functions are included software provided manufacturers detection systems. In work, we focus on generated quantitative PCR, calculation final results, propagation experimental variation measured values to analysis. We developed Microsoft Excel-based application coded Visual Basic Applications, called Q-Gene, which addresses points. Q-Gene manages expedites planning, performance, experiments, well analysis, storage, graphical presentation data. The tool cope with complex at scale considerably rationalizes setup, management while ensuring highest reproducibility.
