摘要: This paper presents a study on the cracking of steel pieces during their galvanization in alloyed liquid zinc. An experimental design was developed to show effect amount various alloying elements (Sn, Bi, Pb) this phenomenon. The characterization obtained by 1) deformation three-point bending piece with different levels deflection; 2) galvanizing and 3) observation measurement cracks. A model critical deflection (deflection for crack starting) amounts Sn, Pb, Bi is presented predictions are described.
