摘要: Abstract A galvanically bonded wheel made of a monolayer CBN grits may not always ensure free cutting action when large volume chips is to be handled because the fact that about two thirds or more grit height has covered by matrix for effective anchorage. The present study shows problem chip accomodation during grinding further aggravated some surface defect like growth galvanic layer in space between grits. In order utilize effectively extraordinary capability grits, new kind been developed, using special bonding technique (patent pending). This keeps level bond material low but sufficient hold grinding. Performance this relative wheel, with particular reference its while unhardened 100 Cr6 steel discussed paper.
