摘要: Due to aging and environmental factors, system components may either fail or not function as expected, which causes unprecedented changes in the quality of system. A timely detection onset a fault component is crucial monitoring process if costly failures are be avoided. However, finding source failure trivial systems with large number complex relationships. In this paper, an efficient scheme detect adverse reliability find failed proposed order have effective monitoring. The has been made by implementing first techniques fixed-parameter Shewhart, MEWMA Hotelling’s T2 control chart, then adaptive versions Shewhart Chart, chart for counter checking precision reports. Once detected, isolation uses Bayesian decision strategy based on maximum correlation between residual one hypothesized estimates generate report. By doing so, critical information about presence absence fault, its isolation, gained manner, thus making tool variety maintenance programs, especially preventive type. evaluated extensively simulated examples, physical fluid exemplified benchmarked laboratory scale two-tank isolate faults including sensor, actuator, leakage ones.
