摘要: Neuron-specific enolase (NSE) is the key molecular marker for diffuse neuroendocrine system (DNES) cells, its expression in pregnant corpus luteum (CL) of dairy goats was studied by immunofluorescence method and ultra structural characteristics luteal cells were detected electron microscopy to identify existence DNES CL goats. Besides, coding sequence NSE gene cloned biological information analyzed. Results revealed that immunopositive exhibited widespread cytoplasmic staining throughout whole CL. In addition, these showed typical microscopy. These results suggested many exist Meanwhile, we identified (GenBank Accession No. JN887466). Its nucleotide homology found be 97.9%, 89.3%, 90% 92.6%, respectively, compared with Bos taurus, Rattus norvegicus, Mus musculus Homo sapiens, while amino acid 99.1%, 97%, 97.2% 98.2% respectively. first functional acids coded highly conserved Caprine, B. R. M. H. sapiens. It implied had close other species. Our findings demonstrated possible CL, providing new clue further understanding interactions between reproductive systems. Characterization will enable us synthesize interference RNA study on role formation, function apoptosis
