摘要: CoxCu1-xFe2O4 (0 ≤ x < 0.3) ferrite particles were prepared by a soft chemistry method using oxalic precursors. The obtained this process are acicular in shape (4.2 L/D 4.6) ranging length between 1.5 and 0.8 μm for 0 0.3. Two series of samples investigated; first sample (SC) grouped together the ferrites slowly cooled from 710°C, second (Q) consisted quenched same temperature. In contrast to stability SC ferrites, Q subjected two phenomena before reaching 400°C. is ascribed migration Cu2+ ions tetrahedral octahedral sites. oxidation Cu+ formed above 600°C during preparation frozen quenching at room temperature samples. Above approximately 400°C, no differences appear subsist They both diffusionless order-disorder transformation, due modified orientation Jahn-Teller distorsions, sites, Curie reached. Magnetic measurements performed on present work reveal remarkably high stable coercivities. These magnetic properties not only structural anisotropy, but also morphological characteristics. Because their coercivities, submicron copper could be interesting pigments recording.
