摘要: High-purity double-walled carbon nanotubes (DWCNTs) were synthesized by catalytic decomposition of CH4 over Fe−Mo/MgO catalyst at 900 °C. After purification, the DWCNTs annealed 1300 °C in vacuum condition 10-5 Torr. The before and after high-temperature thermal annealing characterized using scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission Raman spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis. It was observed that had enhanced crystallinity reduced defects. In addition, showed better field emission performance annealing. indicated turn-on about 1.16 V/μm 0.1 μA/cm2 threshold 2.12 1.0 mA/cm2. Moreover, exhibited stability compared with nonannealed DWCNTs. Such a remarkable improvement attributed to defects t...
