摘要: An ad hoc network is realized by mobile devices which communicate over radio. Since, experiments with real are very difficult, simulation used often. Among many other important properties that have to be defined for simulative experiments, the mobility model and radio propagation selected carefully. Both strong impact on performance of networks, e.g., routing protocols changes these models. There models proposed in literature. Each them was developed different intentions not suited every scenario. In this chapter we introduce well-known propagation, discuss their advantages, drawbacks, limitations respect networks.
