摘要: Employment is a key functioning index in addiction services and consistently emerges as goal among individuals recovery. Research on the employment status field has focused treatment populations or welfare recipients; little known of rates their predictors This study seeks to fill this gap, capitalizing sample (N = 311) urban at various stages Fewer than half (44.5%) participants were employed; logistic regressions, male gender Caucasian race enhanced odds employment, whereas having comorbid chronic physical mental health condition decreased by half. Implications center need identify effective strategies enhance employability women minorities for integrated care with multiple conditions.
