摘要: Abstract The effect of feeding frequency on growth, survival and feed utilization in mrigal, Cirrhinus mrigala , rohu, Labeo rohita during raising fry were studied 50-m 2 cement nurseries provided with 10 cm soil base. Feeding one, two three times daily as treatments evaluated against a control without triplicate tanks separate trials 15 days each. Hatchery produced spawn stocked at the density million/ha. With levels lying narrow ranges 44.01–46.71% mrigal 53.03–56.65% no significant differences ( P > 0.05) recorded between treatments. Similarly, growth terms length conversion ratios did not differ significantly among 34.6–34.9 mm 27.5–28.9 mm, 0.80–0.81 1.33–1.47 respectively. study suggests that one time is sufficient for nursery carp field condition presence natural food form plankton.
