摘要: The kinetics of NH4 + and NO3 − uptake in young Douglas fir trees (Pseudotsuga menziesii [Mirb.] Franco) were studied solutions, containing either one or both N species. Using solutions a single species, the Vmax was higher than that uptake. Km differed not significantly. When present, for became slightly higher, remained same order. Under these conditions almost totally inhibited over whole range concentrations used (10–1000 μM total N). This inhibition by occurred during first two hours after addition. ei]{gnA C}{fnBorstlap}
