摘要: SUMMARY: Young actively dividing cultures of Pseudomonas pyocyanea (aeruginosa) at 37° were killed when diluted into cold liquids which without effect used above 18°. In general the simpler composition diluent more lethal it was; distilled water was most active. The cooling had to be rapid effective. Old only slightly sensitive this effect. organisms appeared normal examined under microscope. Under similar conditions Staphylococcus aureus resistant shock.
