摘要: Abstract. During the MALINA cruise (summer 2009), an extensive effort was undertaken to isolate phytoplankton strains from northeast (NE) Pacific Ocean, Bering Strait, Chukchi Sea, and Beaufort Sea. In order characterise main photosynthetic microorganisms occurring in Arctic during summer season, were isolated by flow cytometry sorting (FCS) single cell pipetting before or after enrichment of seawater samples. Strains both onboard back laboratory cultured at 4 °C under light/dark conditions. Overall, we characterised light microscopy 18 S rRNA gene sequencing 104 flagellates which grouped into 21 genotypes (defined 99.5% sequence similarity), mainly affiliated Chlorophyta Heterokontophyta.
