摘要: Abstract An infant with failure of development the thymus, lymphopenia and hypogammaglobulinemia is described, clinical, laboratory histologic findings are presented. This patient was atypical in having significant numbers circulating lymphocytes, low but measurable amounts IgM globulin, capacity for homograft rejection. It suggested that a spectrum immune deficiencies may be associated thymic development; it not known whether these represent different diseases or variants same process. Immunologic implications possible therapeutic approaches to severe disorders discussed. The importance early diagnosis children from affected families stressed.
