摘要: The intrinsic magnetotransport effect of the single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) has been observed by cavity perturbation technique, which is a noncontact method for evaluating transport properties. inverse Q factor resonator, corresponds to resistance sample, shows linear increase as function magnetic field. angular and tube diameter dependence oriented SWNT thin films, measurements using sorted SWNTs reveal that positive magnetoresistance due Aharonov-Bohm metallic nanotubes.
