摘要: Multilocus DNA fingerprinting has been used to study the variability of some mini- and microsatellite sequences in parthenogenetic species Caucasian rock lizards genus Lacerta (L. dahli, L. armeniaca unisexualis). We demonstrate that these clonally reproducing possess species-specific fingerprints with a low degree intra- interpopulation variation. Mean indices similarity obtained using M13 DNA, (GACA)4 (TCC)50 as probes were 0.962 0.966 dahli armeniaca, respectively. The mean index GATA unisexualis was estimated be 0.95. However, despite high band-sharing, variable fragments revealed all populations probes. An particularly level observed for (TCC)n microsatellites unisexualis. In fact TCC-derived close being individual-specific, 0.824. Fingerprint analysis families showed maternal inherited together by progeny, no differences fingerprint patterns observed. On other hand, while identical from (GATA)4 probes, use probe remarkable intrafamily variation this species. It is assumed genetic heterogeneity may explained, at least part, existence genetically unstable loci. Our data serve illustrate processes spontaneous mutagenesis initial stages clonal differentiation natural lizard studied.
