摘要: The right to the enjoyment of highest attainable standard physical and mental health is enshrined in many international human rights treaties. However, studies have shown that people with disabilities are often marginalized discriminated against fulfillment their health. aim this study identify reach a broader understanding barriers Eastern Cape Province South Africa. Eleven semi-structured interviews were carried out professionals administrators. researchers used Availability, Accessibility, Acceptability, Quality (AAAQ) framework from UN Committee on Economic, Social Cultural Rights structure analyze material. recognizes these four interrelated partly overlapping elements as necessary for implementation identifies eleven disabilities. Three categories relate availability: lack staff, facilities, community services preventive care. Four accessibility: transport, information, stigmatization, traditional cultural beliefs community. Two acceptability: cross-cultural among staff staff.
