摘要: A natural gas liquids (NGL) recovery unit currently in operation has been simulated and compared with a real unit. Optimized operating conditions have determined, which the objective function is based on cost analysis. Following this, different turboexpansion processes analyzed best flow sheet selected, capital analysis limitations. Parameter optimization of entire modified plant performed using an advanced genetic algorithm program, to determine optimal conditions. The revamping alternative turboexpander-exchanger process, case profit increased by 28 %.
