摘要: The purpose of this study is to review the literature examining role ultrasound in induction labor. Databases including Ovid, PubMed, Web Science, Google Scholar, and UpToDate were searched current guidelines from SOGC, ACOG, RCOG, RANZCOG reviewed. Although studies have not demonstrated superiority cervical sonography Bishop score, evidence indicates that could be useful planning labor, significantly reducing need for ripening agents. A more comprehensive method integrating both digital exam may appropriate.
