摘要: The surface and cytoplasmic expressions of the transducing chain (IFN-gamma R2) heterodimeric IFN-gamma receptor on human T lymphocytes have been investigated. We show that its expression is low, whereas high levels are found in both resting PHA-activated lymphocytes. This low does not prevent activated cells from responding to IFN-gamma, because it induces IFN-regulatory factor 1 expression. Low R2 appears be due recycling between stores cell surface, which depend signals mediated by endogenous internalization equally observed patients with inherited R1 gene deficiency healthy donors. Moreover, lymphoblasts donors was affected presence anti-IFN-gamma-neutralizing or anti-IFN-gamma R1-blocking mAb. In conclusion, these data illustrate a new mechanism whereby limit ligand-independent manner.
