摘要: Abstract A special non-TEMA type tubular recuperative heat exchanger used as a regenerator of gas turbine cycle is considered for multi-criteria optimization. It assumed that the recuperator designed an existing to be retrofitted. Three scenarios optimization proposed system have been considered. In one scenario, objective minimizing cost recuperator; while in another scenario maximizing exergetic efficiency third both objectives are optimized simultaneously multi-objective approach. Geometric specification including tubes length, outside/inside diameters, tube pitch bundle, inside shell diameter, outer and inner limits bundle total number disc doughnut baffles decision variables. Combination these variables with suitable engineering physical constraints (including NOx CO emission limitations) makes set MINLP problem. Optimization programming MATLAB performed using most powerful robust algorithms namely NSGA-II. This approach which based on Genetic Algorithm applied find Pareto optimal solutions. frontier obtained final solution selected decision-making process. shown can generalized balances between economical viewpoints manufacturer end user recuperator.
