摘要: Rasagiline [R(+)-N-propargyl-1-aminoindane] is a selective irreversible inhibitor of MAO-B which not metabolised to amphetamine-like derivatives. Like deprenyl, when given rats in dose for inhibition MAO-B, it does affect striatal extracellular fluid dopamine levels, but administered chronically (21 days) increased microdialysate without reduction deaminated metabolites.
