摘要: This study was prepared by a research team of the European Union Democracy Observatory (EUDO) upon request Group Progressive Alliance Socialists & Democrats in Parliament. The object described as follows commissioning contract: “How to maximise influence Parliament light Lisbon Treaty, order implement Social Agenda and get citizens closer EU.” title is short rendering that description. EUDO an independent interdisciplinary academic organization, fully integrated within Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies (RSCAS) at University Institute (EUI) Florence. To reach these goals, platform consists four components, observatories, one which has, its central theme interest, institutional change reform Union. on Institutional Change Reforms recently organised, February 2010, workshop implementation (la mise en oeuvre institutionnelle) Treaty. convened Paolo Ponzano Bruno de Witte brought together practitioners institutions with selected group thorough discussion ongoing ‘implementation’
