This is especially true healthcare US, where systems investments are typically huge often perceived by resistant stakeholders as disruptive or even potentially life threatening. We describe how itself contributed terms changes coordination, culture, learning at a successful organization, Sentara Healthcare, which transformed discordant into harmonious implementation.
