摘要: ERP selection is a multi-faceted process and needs to be successful in dealing with high uncertainty. The purpose of this paper propose novel multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) approach, titled as cloud-based design optimization (CBDO), for problem handle uncertainty computationally effective way.,CBDO has been utilized an alternative method fuzzy set theory stochastic programming, proposes robust findings worst case scenario. In order assess the proposed methodology, numerical study conducted by taking into account existing state-of-the-art on small medium enterprises. outputs are assumed uncertain varying across time it expected real life; therefore, different scenarios created reveal effect decisions.,In results given under conditions compared obtained stable conditions. It clearly seen that system area sensitivity environment, makers should not undervalue unsteadiness criteria during process, especially within volatile economies.,This contributes relevant literature utilizing CBDO MCDM tool software first time, validating impact procedure. CBDO-based validates distributional differences uncertainties processes.
