摘要: Natural products are exploited as a rich source of biologicallyactive compounds and can be isolated metabolites fromplants, fungi, animals, microorganisms. In particular,polyketides from fungi bacteria have been the focus ofchemical biological investigations. Since biosynthesisof modular polyketides follows linear assembly, geneticanalysis used to rationalize biosynthesis ofpolyketides even predict stereochemical out-come.
