摘要: A design of experiement approach is described for the optimization microscopic morphology macro-mesoporous titania monoliths that were elaborated chromatographic enrichment phosphorylated compounds. The monolithic gels formed via an alkoxy-derived sol-gel route in association with a phase separation mechanism. synthesis was performed at mild temperatures gelation using starting mixtures titanium n-propoxide, hydrochloric acid, N-methylformamide, water, and poly (ethylene oxide). temperature chemical compositions oxide) chosen as most relevant experimental factors sol–gel process. Using sizes skeletons macropores morphological descriptors dried porous monoliths, statistical analyses simultaneously revealed effects interactions between different factors. Crack-free TiO2 rods 8 to 10 cm long well-defined co-continuous micro-structured obtained after selection parameters drying heat-treatment steps gels. bimodal texture exhibited 1.5 μm mesopores centered 5.2 nm total surface area 140 m2 g(-1). ability selectively bind compounds demonstrated O-phosphoamino acids (P-Ser, P-Thr, P-Tyr).
