摘要: A review of adipose tissue angiogenesis includes the morphological and cytochemical development vasculature concept primitive fat organs. Spatial temporal relationships between fetal vascular cell are discussed, including depot- genetic-dependent arteriolar differentiation. The relationship connective deposition elaboration is discussed with respect to regulating adipocyte in a depot-dependent manner. In vitro studies indicated that traits may be attributable intrinsic growth characteristics endothelial cells. These indicate adipogenesis regulated by factors drive angiogenesis. Fundamental aspects angiogenesis, basement membrane breakdown, vasculogenesis, angiogenic remodeling, vessel stabilization, permeability were reviewed. Critical include factor (VEGF), VEGF receptors, angiopoietins (Ang), ephrins, matrix metalloproteinases, plasminogen enzymatic system. Vascular most critical because it initiates formation immature vessels disruption single allele leads embryonic lethality mice. Expression influenced hypoxia, insulin, factors, several cytokines. Angiogenic secreted and/or produced adipocytes or preadipocytes discussed. expression secretion insulin associated accretion. accounts for activity tissue. proposed role leptin as an adipogenic reviewed efficacy on various relative other factors. genes both hypoxia inducible, but potential links gene have not been examined. Finally, study mice treated antiangiogenic accretion can controlled through per se.
