摘要: Background Gene-list annotations are critical for researchers to explore the complex relationships between genes and functionalities. Currently, of a gene list usually summarized by table or barplot. As such, potentially biologically important complexities such as one belonging multiple annotation categories difficult extract. We have devised explicit efficient visualization methods that provide intuitive interrogating intrinsic connections biological genes.
