摘要: X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic and annealing studies of ceramic La/sub 2/CuO/sub 4+//sub delta/ prepared by high-temperature high-pressure oxygen enrichment have identified a superoxide as the predominant species (deltaapprox. =0.13) correlated with superconducting transition at T/sub c/approx. =30 K.
