摘要: It has been well established since the 1970s that dietary factors play a major role in causation and prevention of spectrum diseases. These diseases have referred to by different names, including Western diseases, noncommunicable chronic lifestyle (CDL). The CDL include most forms cardiovascular disease (CVD) (including coronary heart (CHD), stroke, hypertension), obesity, type 2 diabetes, several types cancer.
