摘要: In this paper, horseradish peroxidase-mimicking DNAzyme (HRP-DNAzyme) and Prussian blue (PB)–gold (Au) nanocomposites were designed as versatile electrochemical sensing platforms for the amplified detection of DNA, Hg2+ adenosine triphosphate (ATP). By conjugation target probe with capture probe, a conformational change resulted in formation HRP-DNAzyme on PB–Au modified electrode. The redox (red) was efficiently carried out presence H2O2, which PB acted mediator stimulating biocatalytic functions actuated catalytic cycle bringing an signal. Specific recognition ATP allowed selective amperometric molecule. limits 50 nM, 30 pM 3 respectively. highlight work is that between adequately utilized amplification platform sensing. novel electrocatalytic biosensor involving only one-step incubation exhibited wide linear range, low limit, satisfactory selectivity operational stability. proposed approach provided ease-of-use universal reporting system simple design easy operations.
