摘要: The term neuronotrophic factor (NTF) designates a biological macromolecule that is required for the maintenance and general growth capabilities of selected nerve cells (Varon, 1977; Varon Adler, 1980). prototype such factors has been (NGF), protein discovered some 30 years ago acts both in vivo vitro on sensory sympathetic peripheral neurons (e.g., Levi-Montalcini Angeletti 1968; Varon, 1975a; Green Shooter, 1980; Thoenen Barde, Skaper, 1983a,b). Virtually all NGF studies have relied use tissue-culture techniques quantitative measure monitoring its activities.
