摘要: Previously we demonstrated that alginate composition has a significant effect on the growth of encapsulated betaTC3 cells and consequently overall metabolic secretory activities cultures. Based these results postulated mechanical properties were not responsible for observed effects but rather, changes in strength gel network caused by number strands held together "egg-box" model are effects. In this study address hypothesis with series experiments which interaction is manipulated varying calcium concentration either at time gelation or during culture maintenance. Our data show increasing CaCl2 solution used gelation, thus network, impedes characteristics high guluronic acid content alginate. This amplified maintaining constant supply ions sustaining between residues ions. However, preparations an mannuronic affected due to low percentage consecutive residues. Therefore, present important factor influences cell preparations.
