摘要: Run training can increase the mass of soleus muscle grafts, yet values remain lower than nongrafted even with continued training. Thus we tested hypothesis that nerve-implant grafts rats previously run trained would be refractory to hypertrophic stimulus ablation synergistic muscle. We also compared magnitude growth graft after reported by others for nerve-intact graft. studied eight groups differed relative combination and order treatments (running muscle) age at time operation study. Graft mass, protein concentration, histochemical fiber composition were measured. Compared from cage-sedentary rats, content higher (16-63%) all times ablation. When was performed 56 days postgrafting, there a 33% in 84 animals. This twofold greater (P less or equal 0.02) 15% followed animals had been before operation. Four weeks impaired adaptive response muscles, which may reflect alterations motor unit recruitment and/or satellite cell activity. Ablation muscles resulted an absolute comparable grafts.
