摘要: In order to control any pest it is essential study the life cycle, biology and bionomics of target under control. With this respect, we have studied flight range house fly Musca domestica (L.). The from two sites i.e, poultry farm a stable has been studied. was conducted using mark release technique. approach used in that flies collected respective farms were marked released at different distances farms. then re-captured farm. Studies elsewhere use technique releasing insect species one spot recapturing with help baited traps placed various locations point. advantage as well homing effect determined. From study, 7 km whereas for 5 km. recovery rate 0.05% 0.016%, specimens detected up 8 days field conditions indicating condition expectancy could be 1-2 weeks.
