In view of recent public anxiety concerning possible inadequacies in the field legal medicine and ethics, a questionnaire survey was made medical students, newly qualified housemen, school deans, coroners defence protection organizations. The results indicate that teaching ethics is insufficient, recommendation for an increase such teaching.
