摘要: These experiments have tested the effects of treatment with fenfluramine on GDP-binding to mitochondria isolated from interscapular brown adipose tissue in vitro. In acute studies, binding GDP was significantly increased after 3, 24, and 48 hours a single dose 20 mg/kg body weight. Addition vitro, however without effect. dose-response study there no significant increase doses 2 or 6 but at mg/kg. During eleven days treatment, food intake initially depressed by (20 mg/kg) weight reduced. By ninth day however, had returned control values remained lower than group. The not altered 55%. studies suggest thermogenic effect rats.
