摘要: The motive to avoid success is conceptualized within the framework of an expectancy-value theory motivation. It identified as internal psychological representative dominant societal stereotype which views competence, independence, competition, and intellectual achievement qualities basically inconsistent with femininity even though positively related masculinity mental health. expectancy that in achievement-related situations will be followed by negative consequences arouses fear otherwise achievement-motivated women then inhibits their performance levels aspiration. incidence considered a function age, sex, educational occupational level subjects tested between 1964 1971.
