摘要: Exercise testing is widely used for the diagnosis of ischaemic heart disease and evaluation antianginal drugs. To assess reproducibility, analysis was carried out on 128 paired graded exercise tests from 103 patients performed at same time day under identical conditions. Six different parameters were evaluated compared between basal test (no treatment) placebo test. During period mean (+/- SEM) to development angina 6.0 0.2) min 1 mm ST depression 4.1 min. After 2 weeks 6.1 (P = NS) 4.2 NS). There no significant difference resting or maximum rate either segment (leads CM5 CC5) unaltered. In a second group 17 where in afternoon morning, found be reproducible but there time: 5.7 0.7) 8.3 0.5) less than 0.001); 2.7 0.4) test, 5.4 0.001). We conclude that done standardised conditions morning are highly with chronic stable therefore provide valuable
