摘要: Introduction It has been shown that miR-192 is abnormally expressed in a variety of cancer types and participates different kinds signaling pathways. The role the diagnosis prognosis not verified. This article aimed at exploring diagnostic prognostic value through systematic review meta-analysis. Methods A search was performed PubMed, Embase, Web Science, Cochrane Library databases up to June 16, 2020. total 16 studies were enrolled meta-analyses, which 11 articles used for meta-analysis 5 values sensitivity specificity using expression as tool pooled hazard ratios (HRs) overall survival (OS) with 95 confidence intervals (CIs) extracted from studies, HRs evaluated Eleven including 667 patients 514 controls met eligibility criteria Five 166 high 236 low Results accuracy follows: 0.79 (95%CI = 0.75-0.82), 0.74 0.64-0.82), positive likelihood ratio 3.03 2.11-4.34), negative 0.29 0.23-0.37), odds 10.50 5.89-18.73), area under curve (AUC) 0.82 0.78-0.85). analysis showed associated (HR 0.62, 95%CI : 0.41-0.93, p 0.020). Conclusion Our results revealed potential biomarker good cancers. Moreover, highly predicted patients.
