摘要: The sensitization of chlorococcal algae by 5-BdU for the purpose UV-light mutagenesis was studied. results obtained were compared with our earlier findings on same algal strains 5-BU. No shielding effect molecules against observed. Probably, uptake them from liquid medium did not result in such excess as treatment 5-BU, even if cells long enough (24 h) exposed to concentration 5-BdU.
