摘要: With lighttrapping the pathlength of radiation in a solar cell can be increased. Photonic structures show exceptional optical properties, such as angular or energy selective reflectivity. In this study we discuss how these properties used for very efficient lighttrapping. We present method which an photonic structure combination with scattering device is to increase cell. first example use mechanism absorption close band edge silicon mechanisms leading dependent reflection many crystals and simulations measurements different that characteristic.
