Torn acetabular labrum in young patients. Arthroscopic diagnosis and management

摘要: Arthroscopy of the hip revealed a torn acetabular labrum in seven young patients. Three them had an acute onset symptoms during sporting activities. On examination all patients pain on passive flexion and medial rotation joint. All but one tears were located posterosuperior portion labrum, and, cases, vascular dilatation around tear was observed. In these repeated arthroscopy several months later showed that changes disappeared, still present. The aetiology, diagnosis treatment are discussed.
