摘要: Self-organization in a polymer system appears when balance is achieved between long-range repulsive and short-range attractive forces the chemically different building blocks. Block copolymers forming supramolecular assemblies aqueous media represent materials which are extremely useful for construction of drug delivery systems especially cancer applications. Such formulations suppress unwanted physicochemical properties encapsulated drugs, modify biodistribution drugs towards targeted into tissue interest allow triggered release active cargo. In this review, we focus on general principles selforganization solution, phase separation (driven by external stimuli, changes temperature, pH, solvent change light) effects copolymer architecture self-assembly process.
