摘要: textabstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the influence computer tomography on management and prognosis patients with severe traumatic brain damage. To end a consecutive series with severe damage was investigated by means serial computer tomography. The first part deals diagnosis treatment. The emphasis here placed on questions arising in practice, such as: - 1. What distribution computer-tomographic fmdings at the various times when were examined? 2. what extent based computer tomograms confirmed operation or autopsy? 3. When should severe be examined by computer tomography? 4. Which of computer tomography? 5. tomography frequency with which other diagnostic techniques are used treatment of patients damage? In second study, prognostic significance comatose will considered. end, the clinical course 121 recorded, according protocol, predetermined intervals after accident. An attempt made produce tomograms these same intervals. outcome each patient one year subsequently recorded according Glasgow Outcome Scale.
