Dependence of solar-wind velocity on solar latitude

摘要: Radio astronomic measurements of solar wind velocity, v, from the delay diffraction pattern scintillations at three points testify to an increase in v with latitude. The conclusion derived scintillation observations 1967--1969 that r (phi) decreases is insufficiently justified, apparently because shortage statistical data. A good correlation was found between number fast fluxes and relative sunspot numbers. It can, therefore, be expected variations 11-year cycle will occur (phi): it years minimum activity weaken maximum activity.
