摘要: OBJECTIVE: To analyze the time required to score different measures used assess patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), as a guide feasibility in standard care. The studied were 28-Joint Count, Disease Activity Score (DAS), Health Assessment Questionnaire (HAQ), Multidimensional HAQ (MDHAQ), and various Routine of Patient Index Data (RAPID) scores derived from MDHAQ. METHODS: Three rheumatologists at 3 sites performed timed 28-joint counts 20 each site. Each rheumatologist scored identical data 5 groups 10 same 50 seen clinical care, including DAS28 indices using DAS Website, HAQ, MDHAQ patients. includes activities self-assessed for physical function, 21 circle visual analog scales (VAS) (rather than cm lines), scoring templates on questionnaire patient self-report joint count RAPID composite scores. RAPID3 Core Set measures, RAPID4 adds RAPID3, RAPID5 physician global estimate RAPID4. RESULTS: median number seconds complete was 90, compared 41.9 s 9.6 an 19.4 RAPID5. CONCLUSION: can be calculated considerably less other RA MDHAQ, provide informative, feasible, quantitative rheumatology
