摘要: Introduction Anastomotic leakage (AL) remains one of the most threatening complications in colorectal surgery with incidence up to 20%. The aim study is evaluate safety and feasibility novel - trimodal intraoperative anastomosis testing technique. Methods analysis This multi-center prospective cohort pilot will include patients undergoing formation below 15 cm from anal verge. Trimodal for blood supply by ICG fluorescence trans-abdominally trans-anally, mechanical integrity air-leak methylene blue leak tests tension. primary outcome be AL rate at day 60. secondary outcomes include: frequency changed location bowel resection; ileostomy rate; AL; time, taken perform testing; postoperative morbidity mortality; quality life. Discussion may a comprehensive way investigate reveal insufficient defects intraoperatively. Thus, prevention these two common causes lead decreased leakage. Study registration Clinicaltrials.gov (https://clinicaltrials.gov/): NCT03958500, May, 2019.
