摘要: Agility is the set of capabilities and competencies that an organization needs to thrive prosper in a continuously changing unpredictable business environment. This paper, based upon our studies Iran's Manufacturing Industry, presents model for organizational agility then suggests knowledge-based methodology measuring agility. For being agile, every number (e.g. responsiveness) (e.g., knowledge management (KM) flexibility), these are broken into some dimensions finally resulting indices. we use "IF {Fuzzy antecedents} THEN consequent}" rules. system uses expert includes implementation fuzzy logic methods terminology.
